WHAT TO EXPECT
We know that adding a new deck to your home, or
any type of remodeling can be a scary and
confusing process, therefore, we want to allay
some of your fears and anxieties and walk you
through the process.
During our initial conversation, preferably over the
phone, we will be able to determine if we are right
for each other, so as not to waste each others
time. If all goes well, we will schedule a visit
to your home for a face-to- face consultation. At
the consultation, we will assess your home and
see if we can achieve your desired goals.
Once we have a grasp of your vision and have
concluded that the job can be completed, we then discuss your budget. We will discuss the costs of materials
and labor, and make any modifications we can, to keep the job cost effective.
Next, we will present you with the final design, and upon agreement, you will sign a contract and pay a 50%
deposit. Then all permits will be pulled to begin the job.
Once we have received all the proper permits, we begin construction. The project manager will meet with
you at least once a week to keep you abreast of all details throughout the project.
Upon completion, to ensure everything is to your satisfaction, the project manager will inspect your build
at 30 day, 6 month, and 1 year intervals.
